What sizes do you offer?
Our apparel is designed for girls ages 10–16. Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit.

How do your clothes fit?
Our pieces are designed to move with you — comfortable, athletic, and confidence-building. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort and longevity.
How do I care for Calleigh’s Way apparel?
We recommend:
Machine wash cold
Wash with like colors
Hang dry or tumble dry low

Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply select your items, choose your size, and check out securely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and secure third-party payment options that are available on Shopify at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible at support@calleighsway.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 2–4 business days, with delivery taking 7 - 10 business days after shipping for standard shipping.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout depending on location and inventory.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are final sale.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@calleighsway.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Preorders
What is a preorder?
A preorder allows you to purchase an item before it officially ships. Estimated ship dates are provided at checkout.
Will preorder items ship separately?
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, they may ship separately.
Community & Safety
Is Calleigh’s Way safe for kids?
Yes. Calleigh’s Way is built with young athletes and families in mind. We follow child privacy guidelines and prioritize a positive, supportive environment.
Can my child submit a story or photo?
Yes — with parental permission. All community submissions are reviewed before being shared.
How do you protect my child’s privacy?
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. Parents can request access or deletion of their child’s information at any time.
Email & SMS
Will I receive marketing emails or texts?
Only if you choose to opt in. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time or reply STOP to SMS messages.
