Calleigh’s Way Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Calleigh’s Way pieces. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
Please review the policy below before starting a return or exchange.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags attached.
To be eligible:
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Items must be in original condition
Proof of purchase is required

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)
Gift cards
Items marked “Final Sale”
Worn, washed, or damaged items

3. Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for:
A different size
A different color (if available)
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange:
Email support@calleighsway.com
Include your order number and reason for return
Our team will provide next steps and return instructions
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping method

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to process
Shipping costs are non-refundable

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 5 days of delivery
Include photos of the item and packaging
We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund

8. Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift:
Refunds may be issued as store credit
Exchanges are allowed if the item meets eligibility requirements

9. International Orders (Optional — Include if Applicable)
International orders are final sale unless otherwise stated
Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes
