We’re excited to get your Calleigh’s Way pieces to you. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship orders and what to expect.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed
A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order ships
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier.
Standard Shipping: 7 -10 Â business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days after processingÂ
Calleigh’s Way is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination
Promotional or free shipping offers will be clearly communicated at checkout or during promotions
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States
International shipping may be offered in the future
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order
Calleigh’s Way is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery is their responsibility
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly
If you need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist
7. PreordersÂ
Preorder items will ship separately and on the timeline provided at checkout
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, they may ship separately
8. Order Issues or Questions
If there’s an issue with your order or shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can help resolve it.
